When I was a kid my Big Mamma set me to work in the church. I enjoyed it very much, one of those helpful-hannah types. Now that I’m an adult I want to continue working in the church. Sometimes the saints can be very interesting and my patience is tried as I work out my own salvation (Philippians 2). Wouldn’t it be nice if someone published a guide to Surviving the Church. As I work through my own issues, I’ve learned a few tricks.

No matter what people say or do, keep your mind on what would Jesus do. People all come with something, and if we keep our mind on Jesus, this will help us respond.
